The BFF in Boundaries

Show of hands if you need a reminder to fill your cup before pouring into others.  

Today I had the honor of attending Sola Sessions ReImagined. If there is one thing I am most grateful for in being a Sola Studio Owner it is the value they place on education.

Many of my industry friends enjoyed wonderful key note speakers, panel discussions, and talent. We come together twice a year and this Session met my soul at the best time and place before the Onward March through Harvest and Holiday is upon us.

While there are many take aways, the one that truly spoke to my tired soul is “Please don’t mistake my kindness for weakness.” Jennie Wolff brought the truth as she recounted a story from her days in event planning.

I am forever thankful for that piece of wisdom I have to put in my file for future use! On this sweet day friend, remember to love yourself radically and that Boundaries are your BFF!
